'High Frequency (R.F) Welding Bars & Tools '

As a major world-wide Keder manufacturer and supplier to the tent and cover industry, we are also able to make and supply the RF welding tools which allows our Keder customers to weld our Keder. Our tools are used for the welding of PVC Coated and PU Coated textiles. With new welding tapes, your High Frequency welder can also weld Acrylic Canvas materials. Our machine shops have the ability to work in Brass or Aluminium, in a variety of shapes and sizes. The pictures below illustrate some of the tools designed and made in-house.

Tools can lined with a special barrier to produce a cleaner weld finish. Our tools have been used successfully on European built HF Welders for more than 10 Years. All tools are custom built to client requirements and are uniquely identified with a Serial number for ease of repeat ordering.

In order for J & J. Carter Ltd to provide an accurate quotation, please provide the following information :-

• Make and Model of HF/RF Welder, include Generator Size in kW

• Tool Holder Dimensions and Style (manual / pneumatic)

• Stroke Depth and Clearance Height

• Choice of Manufacture (one piece material or multi material) using Brass and/or Aluminium

• Barrier Covering (optional)
