Industrial Enclosures & Partition Systems.

Applications:

Our Industrial Solutions are used in a number of ways; however normally in a manufacturing or warehousing environment. Typical uses include : noise or pollution control, air condition ducting, creating separate work spaces within a large building, screening off, to complete enclosures.

Technical Specification:

The following British Standards apply to all Industrial Solutions:

Construction:

Enclosure Frames : The enclosures are sectional in length, i.e: modular on 1.3m bay centres. The standard height is 2.59metres, however can be increased upto 4.5m. The enclosure is made of a series of steel portal frames, spaced every 1.3m, and joined using horizontal roof beams. All framework is made from Structural Grade S275 Mild Steel of first choice quality which is hot dip galvanised for protection and longevity. Ground anchors and connection pins are self colour.

Fabric Cladding : The roof covers and gable end are made from 650 g/m2 PVC Coated Polyester Fabric, which permits 15% light transmission. The membranes are flame retardent to B.S 7837 / 5438, U.V stabilised and Anti Fungus Treated. Standard Colour is White; however other colours are available.

Erecting : Our industrial solutions are designed to self-build; however we would be pleased arrange delivery and installation.

Case Study:

Urbis Lighting required a partition to keep a work area within their warehouse warm in winter and yet improve airflow in summer. They considered fixed partition systems; however the systems were costly and not flexible enough for their requirements. Their maintenance department called upon our services to build an Industrial Vinyl Partition System; which was modular, could be rolled up, and had access doors.

Dear Alan,

The canvas is designed to keep an area enclosed for warmth in the winter. We are delighted with this solution as it was considerably cheaper than fixed partitioning,  and enables us to roll it up in the summer to improve air flow.  It is also a much quicker system to install.

Thank you for your help in this project.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

Stephen Hemsley, MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR
