General
Informations
| Fabric Warranty | 10 Years Architectural Permanent Membranes in PVDF/PVC/PES or PTFE/Glass. |
| Health & Safety | An EG Safety Data Sheet is available on this site |
| Printing | Applying artwork to PVC fabric can be done by Vinyl Graphics, Silk Screen Printing or modern Digital Printing. For digital print, please refer to technical data sheet for preparation of artwork. |
| Cleaning | Cleaning Instructions for Membranes can be downloaded in PDF format. |
| Repairs | Normally PVC
repairs are undertaken using normal factory welding
techniques. However customers can use portable Hot Air
Welders or adhesives. A guide to the Bostik Adhesive System can be downloaded in PDF format. |
| Acrylic Laquers | Protective acrylic layer added on top of the PVC, which means there is a further reduction of plasticizer migration and soiling. |
| PVDF Laquers | This protective layer is the ideal solution to obtain optimal resistance to soiling and to maintain ease of use. |
| Teflon | The PTFE coating has self
whitning properties, so long as the membrane is exposed
Ultra Violet (UV) Rays. The UV Rays bleach the membrane,
thus keeping it's white surface, however like PVC it will require cleaning. No fabric is self cleaning. |
