"Super-Tough" UPVC Walling for Fabric/Frame Structures.

The new Super-Tough Wall is available from stock standard 5 metre lengths. A cost effective wall cladding system offers a fast R.O.I (return on investment). Costing no more than 2½ times that of regular PVC Walls; but offering far greater life expectancy and security to the inside of your building.

Super-Tough Wall is made from UPVC which can be recycled. As a standard, is produced in a Light-Grey Colour, but is Flame Retardent to UL94 V2.

Colouration can be achieved by applying either a co-extrusion to the wall facia, or by adding colour to the PVC mix when extruding. However will be subject to a minimum order.

Super-Tough Wall is a Modular Interlocking Plank System, enabling any height of wall to be built in increments of 200mm.

Due to the cellular construction of the 40mm thick plank, we achieve a 'U' Value of 2.29 W/m². The thermal properties of the product can be increased to 1.005 W/m² by filling the chambers with a phenolic foam.

Wind Load Stiffners are inserted in each 3rd plank to increase the natural strength of the wall. Super-Tough Wall is used in all types of applications e.g: warehouses, sports halls, temporary shelters, hospitality structures, garden centres. Recycling -the planks are all recyclable and can therefore can be used time and time again.
